Laserkeskus Oy was founded in Laitila in 2003. Over the course of several years, we have grown into a leading contract manufacturer in the metal industry. We provide metal fabrication services ranging from challenging individual parts to batch sizes of several thousands. Our services include laser cutting, bending, and machining as well as welding, finishing, and surface treatment. In terms of laser cutting, we specialise in cutting large sheets that are up to 6 m long and 30 mm thick.

Environmental policy
Laserkeskus follows the principles of sustainable development. Our aim is to continuously improve our operations and prevent environmental degradation.
The company’s management has determined and accepted our environmental policy and goals. Management ensures that the set requirements are achieved and makes their realisation possible by providing enough resources. The management system helps us carry out responsible environmental actions in waste management and energy use in particular.
When changing our production methods, we estimate their environmental effects in advance. In these kinds of decisions, we implement solutions that save energy and natural resources. We use raw materials and energy economically.
We also minimise the waste created in our operations. Additionally, we sort and recycle the waste we produce. When it is not possible to reuse waste, we dispose of it safely and appropriately.
We promote our staff’s environmental awareness with guidance and trainings. Every one of us is aware of their work’s possible environmental effects.
Our company’s environmental policy is publicly available, and we openly inform our stakeholders about environmental issues. We encourage our suppliers to develop their own operations in terms of environmental issues.

We train, guide, and encourage our staff to consider health and safety issues in their everyday work. Every one of us is aware of their work’s possible safety effects.
We also stress the importance of high-level safety when evaluating new production methods and related processes. Our safety policy covers the entire product life cycle, and we aim for a zero-error level in all safety sectors. In terms of safety issues, we operate in cooperation with our staff, occupational health care, occupational health and safety committee, authorities, and specialists.
We use regular risk analyses, internal assessments, and audits to follow how our safety objectives and requirements set by the law are achieved.
